Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During new drops, launches, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Pre-Order Items

Some items on our store may be available for pre-order. This means the product is not currently in stock and will be shipped at a later date.

Pre-order items typically take 3–4 weeks to be processed and delivered. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on supplier timelines, shipping delays, or high demand.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped once all items are available. In some cases, items may be dispatched separately.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the extended delivery timeframe and understand that delays outside of our control may occur.

Standard Delivery: £2.99

Delivery fees may be included in the original price of the product.

We offer free UK standard shipping on all orders over £50.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Details

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier.


Pre-Order Policy

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to the nature of pre-order production, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified once placed unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
